Supervised Weight LossWhether you have had a weight challenge all your life or put on more pounds than you like to admit after you gave birth to that precious little one, or you just want to loose those stubborn 5 pounds around your mid riff, on your belly or hips or wherever they may stick, we have a solution for you.

Most clients who come for weight loss have tried everything and nothing worked in the long run. Initially they lost weight, but as soon as they got off their diet the pounds came rushing back in and even brought some friends. Others ‘ate right’ and exercised sometimes up to the point of exhaustion and were not able to make a dent in their weight and/or body shape.

There are many possible reasons why someone may not lose weight. Some of them are hormonal imbalances, toxic overload, or an interruption in the body’s communication lines.

If our assessment determines that you are a weight loss candidate we work with you in a 8-16 week program. It is very simple but not always easy. We support you, coach you and see you once a week to monitor your progress and/or to correct the course. You receive clear instructions and guidelines that are easy to comply with.

Clients who follow the instructions well report the best results. Losing up to one pound per day is not uncommon. The beauty of this program is that by the end you are in absolute control and know exactly how to manage your weight without depriving yourself.

Depending on your body’s needs we may also use whole food supplements to assist in the weight loss process as well as the natural healing process of the body.
