Dietitians and other nutritionists typically dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and so on. I empower my clients to create a happy, healthy and balanced life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
There are many other factors beside food that feed and nourish us. Some of the crucial components are relationships, career, home environment and spirituality. This is what I call primary food. When these areas are balanced, food per se plays only a small role.
When it comes to eating, one size does not fit all. I guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you and assist you in making gradual changes that will last a lifetime, enabling you to reach your health goals now and in the future.
We are all individuals who have different needs to live happy healthy lives. What is good for me may actually be ‘poison’ for you. Blanket statements like “dairy is good”, “fat is bad” are too general and could be absolutely wrong for your well-being.
